A blend of 100% Barbera vinified using traditional methods, undergoes aging in French barrique and refinement in the bottle. Excellent with meat based dishes, game and ripe cheeses. Best served decanted.
BRICCO SAN TOMASO
MONFERRATO ROSSO D.O.C.


Named after the hill from which the grapes are grown, this wine eas born from the marriage of the "ancient" Barbera grapes to the "noble" Cabernet Sauvignon varietal. A progressive blend vinified traditionally but without the use of oak casks, with concentrated cherry fruit flavors balanced by earth, spice and tannins. Rich plum flavors, coupled with the lack of contact with wood, create a distinct red suitable for drinking throughout the day and versatile enough to accompany any meal. A Super-Piemontese!
TUMAS
GRIGNOLINO MONFERRATO CASALESE D.O.C.


This wine reflect the typical characteristics associated with the Monferrato area and is vinified purely with respect for antiquity and tradition. Light ruby red in color with orange reflections, highly aromatic with light tannins and a pleasant, slightly bitter finish - simply genuine Grignolino, in its purest form.

BARBERA MONFERRATO D.O.C.


From the single vineyard "Il Spallone", comes this intensely ruby red wine with violet reflections made from 100% Barbera grapes. A soft red, jam packed with cherry fruit flavors followed by a pleasant persistent finish, making it perfect for every palate and adaptable to any meal.
LEMIEPERLE
ROSÈ CHAMPENOISE


It is a sparkling wine, " méthode champenoise Pas Dosé", in purity, from Grignolino Monferrato Casalese grapes. Grapes have been harvested in 2016 and the sparkling wine is left in conctact with the yeasts for 44 months. It's hue is pale Rosé with orange highlights, typical of this grape variety. Its delicate and elegant scent will seduce you with its fragance, freshness and delicious persistence. Perfect as an aperitif and irreplaceable companion for all your meals. Ideal with any kind of fish. To be served at 6/8 degrees.
